- Where do you find all this stuff?
We find our inventory all over the US! We have a nose for treasure hunting, and will follow the scent wherever it takes us!
- Have these items been worn?
Yes, these items have all been "pre-loved". We do our best to find items that are without stains or rips, however if there are any we make sure to note this in the listing. All items are sold "As is".
- How do you rate the vintage condition of each item?
Each item is rated out of 10. We do not sell anything below an 8, and usually rate items either an 8 or a 9. A garment is rated an 8 if there are minor defects, such as a small stain, tiny tears, or any cracks or peeling to the fabric. A 9 is nearly perfect! You will not see a 10 on this site, as all items are pre-loved therefore not "brand new" :)
- Do you wash the clothing?
Yes, we wash all items with the exception of those labeled Dry Clean Only. We use Gain powdered detergent and Downy Fabric Softener :)
- Do you smoke?
Nope, these items are coming from a 100% smoke free home.
- Do you have any pets?
Yes, we have two cats named Munchkin and Frisbee! We cannot guarantee that there are no traces of pet hair on the garments.
- Do you have more than one size of each item?
We wish we did! There are rare occassions when we will have two or more of the same item, however unless it is otherwise noted then the item is one-of-a-kind.
- I'd like to see an item laying flat, is that possible?
Most definitely! Please email us at mail(at)coasttocoastvintage(dot)com and we will be happy to accommodate you!
- I'd like to put an item on hold, is that possible?
Yes, we put items on hold for up to 48 hours with a 25% deposit. The deposit is non-refundable!
- I'd like to see an item in person, is that possible?
Heck yeah! We set up shop on the weekends in greater Los Angeles! You can find where we will be on the Tour page of this web site, or you can email us at mail(at)coasttocoastvintage(dot)com.
- Do I need a PayPal account to place an order?
We now accept both credit cards and PayPal! Yay!
- Can I return or exchange an item?
All sales are considered FINAL. Please read each description carefully before purchasing!

We take the time to consider your every inquiry, right down to styling tips! We are careful to list any information you might want to know about each item, however if there is something we have missed please feel free to email us at mail(at)coasttocoastvintage(dot)com and we are happy to help!
- How do you determine the shipping costs?
Shipping rates vary depending on weight and country.
- How long will it take for me to get my items?
Each order will be sent via USPS, please allow 1-3 business days for handling.
For domestic orders, please allow 3-7 business days for delivery.
For international orders, please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery.
We also offer expedited shipping, please contact us at mail(at)coasttocoastvintage(dot)com for shipping rates.
- Do you do combined shipping?
Yes we do! It has already been pre-calculated and should show up once you add more than one item into your Cart!
- I have not yet received my package!
We will be sure to provide you with a tracking confirmation number for to the minute updates, however Coast to Coast does not accept any liability for lost, damaged or stolen packages.
